Now that we are trying to start potty training, I know IV will want to use this explanation with DV.Men are just environmentally conscious! Why didn't I think of that???
Next time I almost fall into the toilet in the middle of the night I'll be sure to think about doing my part for the environment....

LMAO! Makes me so glad that, for the most part, DH and I use different bathrooms!
One time, as a newly married wimmin, my man left the toilet seat up. I was trying to be nice by not waking him up in the middle of the night with the bathroom light when I had to pee.
My ass fell right into that toilet water.
I was pissed enough to wake up dear sleeping newly wed husband and make him dry my ass off for me.
the toilet seat has always been put down in my bathroom since.
Logic won out - the one and only time - with my hubby on this one.
We all have two things we do on the toilet. Women do both sitting down. Men do one sitting down.
Therefore, we require the seat down 75% of the time, making down its most frequent position.
Our seats stay down.
As far as everything else goes - Hubby can't even spell logic, much less follow it.
